No S Diet Program Information

The No S Diet is also known as the “Why Didn’t I Think of That Diet”, the “No $ Diet”, or the “Grandma Diet”. The No S Diet have three rules and one exception, there are:

The No S Diet – No Snacks

Everything that you eat between meals is called snack. If you eat pretzels as a lunch, so that’s your lunch. But if you want to have a snack, choose the healthy snack. Orange can be one option for you, but the point is to have the orange instead of, not in addition to. As a notice, don’t make all kinds of food as an exceptions for you, or you will fail. 

The No S Diet – No Sweets

Sweets means sugar. Everything whose principal source of calories is sugar. For example, soda and corn syrup “juice” drinks. But fruits are exception. Moreover, sweets are not for daily or routine consumed. And fake sugar should be avoid for three reasons, it tends to be pretty disgusting, studies has proved that fake sugar is worse than the real sugar, and you are also cheating the habit portion of your brain.

The No S Diet – No Seconds

Seconds officially means the physical plate. Don’t take your second plate in your meal. Even if it means an overloaded plate.

The last idea of The No S Diet is “Except (sometimes) on the day that starts with “S””. Sunday, Saturday are the day that starts with “S”. Special day, Sick day are also include in the day that starts with “S”. Special day refers to your national day, religion day, your family birthday, or your close friends birthday. In those day that starts with “S”, you can eat whatever as a rewards for yourself during the NON-S days. But if you really do The No S Diet through the NON-S days, the good habits will be brought on the S-days without too much excess. Speaking the word “sometimes”, it means that not in every S-days you can eat snacks, sweets, and seconds. Don’t be an idiot who will throw away all your The No S Diet effort during the NON-S days.
